Code
The code spine lists the bill_type, billing_code_type, and billing_code combinations that will be included in CLD. For each code, the spine also indicates the service description, service line (code category), therapeutic area (for drugs), and indicators for (a) whether the code is an OP Surgery code and (b) whether the code is a drug code.
