Benchmark Rates

One-liner: Rates that are entirely derived from reference or benchmark data due to the fact that no reliable information for the rate was able to be sourced from reported data.

In the cases where no reliable data can be gleaned from MRFs, Turquoise will source rate information from various reference and benchmark data, such as CBSA- or state-level averages.
